This is one of those drawings that practically draw themselves.

At first, it was Therion´s song "Invocation of Naamah". I was listening to it and instantly I had the image in my head, this mean looking girl/woman seated, an aura of dark power surrounding her.

"In the glory of thy sparking
might reflect the world its essence
Oh Naamah
Let the pillar of existence break down
and give place to the gloom
that emanates from you"

I began with the drawing and left it there. After a couple of days, I was at the beach with my little sister and my boyfriend and I became suddenly obssesed with Black Swan. The only thing I wanted was to go watch the movie and make millions and millions fanart of it.

That was when I draw the dress, the stitches on her legs and the wings.

I left it there, again, and then I was listening this song of Omnia, "Morrigan" and I fell in love with it. I looked at my drawing, very dirty at the moment, and all I saw was the crow goddess.

So I finished the hair, the wings and gave her a throne of skulls.

"Over hills and over meadows
See the crow flying, feel her shadow
Over woods and over mountains
searching for a war.

Her wings embrace each strife and battle
where swords they clash and chariots rattle
seeking out the one whose time
has come to take the blade

Morrigan ancient crone of war
I see your face, I'll cry no more
Morrigan ancient crone of war
come lift me on your wings

I hear your voice, I'll breathe no more
Morrigan ancient crone of war
come set my spirit free

Kill for Morrigan
Maim for Morrigan

Slay for Morrigan
Die for Morrigan
Morrigan crone of war".



And I think that pretty much resumes all XD

That's extremely beautiful. I love the character stylization and tones. Great job with the skulls.
